Our diagnostic service charge is $79
Monday through Friday, 7am- 7pm.
Of course our Comfort Agreement costumers only pay $79 regardless of the time of year.
The diagnostic fee for the time allotted for our technician to travel to your home or work, diagnose the problem, and explain / quote any repairs that may be required. If it’s a quick fix and doesn’t require any replacement parts we’ll make the repair at no additional charge. We won’t do anything without your approval.
Our Comfort Agreement clients will receive an automatic 15% discount on repairs. So be sure to ask us about our Comfort Agreement.
After hours service available
Before 7am, after 7pm, and on the weekends, it’s only $89
Holidays $99
We are a COD company so we prefer credit card or checks please.
