Job Description:

As a Commercial Accounts Manager, your primary focus will be on developing and expanding our commercial customer base. You will play a pivotal role in selling maintenance agreements and HVAC solutions to local businesses, property managers, and other commercial clients. We are looking for someone who is motivated, ambitious, and possesses innovative ideas to propel our commercial department forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential commercial clients, including businesses, property managers, and other commercial entities, to sell maintenance agreements and HVAC solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals.
  • Drive the growth of our commercial division by introducing innovative ideas and strategies to tap into new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the residential division to leverage existing customer relationships and cross-promote commercial services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with the service and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance agreements and project installations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.


  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to achieve sales targets and propel the growth of the commercial division.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with commercial clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, solutions, and B2B sales is highly beneficial but not required. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Salary: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated individual for a position in the heating & cooling industry as a delivery driver and warehouse manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain minimum and maximum stocking levels within the warehouse
  • Deliver a wide variety of equipment, parts, and sheet metal items to different addresses and via different routes
  • Load, unload, and operating a pick up truck delivery vehicle with a lift gate
  • Established working relationships with our wholesale vendors
  • Communicate with our field technicians, installers, and office staff daily
  • Clean, straighten and maintain an organized warehouse throughout the week

Must be able to have:

  • Clean driving record, must have a good driving record with no traffic violations
  • Safe driving habits, the company vehicle is monitored during its use daily
  • Able to communicate with salespeople and office staff effectively
  • Must be to lift up-to 80 lbs. from time to time
  • Work from 8am up to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday

Key Skills

  • Experience as a delivery driver and warehouse work
  • Experience around HVAC parts and equipment ideal but not required
  • Valid and clean driver’s license
  • Some orders placed on a computer
  • No fork lift use required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High school degree is ideal but not required
  • Great attitude
